Administrative Officer

 

Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Front desks duties like attending to phone and email enquiries
  • Provide support in the preparation of materials for the company
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager
  • Maintains proper filing records and databases
  • Basic Data Entry in Microsoft Excel

 

Requirements:

  • No minimum qualification required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to engage the customers and well-versed using Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with no relevant experience but willing to learn will be considered
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail

 

Additional Information:

  • $8 per hour (Working hours 8.30am to 12.30pm, Mondays to Fridays)
  • Required to work full day if necessary
  • Candidate with experience in administration will be preferred
  • Tanjong Pagar
