Business Development Manager
- Main contact for client to build relationship with existing clients as well as responsible for overseeing the acquisition of new clients.
- Customised solutions and ideas based on client needs, to upsell and cross sell solutions and services
- Plan and forecast pipelines and targetsAchieved monthly / quarterly sales target set
- Identify market trends and think out of the box for creative selling.
- Client facing meetings and able to do present and communicate to decision makers and C-Levels.
- Analyse client’s need through strategic planning and data driven methods
- Candidate possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of business development, Account management, client facing activities.
- Good presentation and communication Skill
- Candidates with Sales team lead/Manager experience will be considered for lead role.
- Can do attitude
- Team player
