HR Cum Admin Assistant
Our client is a manufacturing company in the Kaki Bukit area. Due to expansion, it is hiring HR cum Admin Assistant to cope with increase work demand.
Job Description
· Responsible to handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
· Assist in recruitment tasks, payroll queries and resolve payment issues for overtime, allowances and other incentives etc.
· Support the general admin duties of the department.
· Keeping, maintaining and record of the workers.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
· Min ITE / Diploma or it equivalent
· Min 1 year working experience in the related field.
· Well organized and meticulous in handling documents.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills
