Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of staff and enrollment of students
- Prepare budget and control cost expenditure
- Work within licensing and regulatory requirements
- Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.
- Lead team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery
- Teacher and parent management
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Preschool (Leadership)
- Preferably a Degree or Master’s Degree in related field, but not necessary
- Prior experience undergoing SPARK certification will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position
- Singaporeans Only
