Our client is a private childcare operator location near Yio Chu Kang Road. The centre’s capacity is 300 and is looking for aspiring principal to join their rank and succeed as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budget and control cost expenditure
- Determine and manage licensing and regulatory requirements
- Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.
- Lead team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery
- School fee management
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Preschool (Leadership)
- Preferably a Degree or Master’s Degree in the field, but not necessary
- Prior experience undergoing SPARK certification will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position
- Singaporeans Only
