Our client is in the manufacturing industry. The role of the Project Manager is to be the main liaison body between key stakeholders in the company, providing a smooth transition from conceptualization all the way till delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with cross-functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure smooth execution
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create collaboration framework with external vendors or internal partners
- Build, maintain and constantly improve the relationship and collaboration with external vendors or internal partners
- Organize reviews, create feedback process, and create checklist/tools to make the process efficient
- Provide accurate visibility to the leadership group and highlight progresses, risks and blockers for your team or for the mandate
- Act as a Scrum Master and facilitate production routines: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospective
- Collaborate efficiently with various level seniority stakeholders
- Run efficiently the daily production routines
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years experience in a Project Management role, ideally in a consumer product industry
- Strong Project Management Skills, with experience in Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
- Broad understanding of manufacturing processes — sampling, prototyping, designing
- Knowledge of the collectibles/toy industry is a plus point
- Ability to analyse risks and make contingency plans
- Resilient and agile, quick to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Highly organised and effective time management skills
- A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience in coaching and managing multiple teams
- Autonomous and proactive attitude

- Salary Range S$3,800 – S$4,400 (Salary negotiable)
