We’re looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join us as Staffing Consultant, in areas such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Technology and corporate specializations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shortlist and select candidates based on requirements
- Work with head recruiter who fronts client’s representatives
- Provide post-placement follow up with candidates to gather feedback, and if need be, a replacement candidate.
- Continuously building and maintaining good rapport with clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree
- Prior experience as a recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Energetic and passionate
