Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd is a staffing and search firm based in Singapore. Our staffing consultants are well exposed and trained in each individual specialization and specialist industry to provide a high level of service. We’re looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join us as Staffing Consultant, in areas such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Technology and corporate specializations.

Responsibilities:

• Shortlist and select candidates based on requirements
• Work with head recruiter who fronts client’s representatives
• Provide post-placement follow up with candidates to gather feedback, and if need be, a replacement candidate.
• Continuously building and maintaining good rapport with clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree
• Prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Energetic and passionate
