Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Main contact for client to build relationship with existing clients as well as responsible for overseeing the acquisition of new clients. Customised solutions and ideas based on client needs, to upsell and cross sell solutions and services. Plan and forecast pipelines and targets. Achieved monthly / quarterly sales target set. Identify market trends and think out of the box for creative selling. Client facing meetings and able to do present and communicate to decision makers and C-Levels. Analyse client’s need through strategic planning and data driven methods

Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Shortlist and select candidates based on requirements. Work with head recruiter who fronts client’s representatives. Provide post-placement follow up with candidates to gather feedback, and if need be, a replacement candidate. Continuously building and maintaining good rapport with clients and candidates
