Started off as an Executive Search firm focusing in recruiting Chief Financial Officers (CFO), we have grown from strength to strength over the years. From covering the Accounting & Finance sector, we now have a broader specializations in IT & Technology, Engineering and Corporate Support functions.

Our name Cultivar reflects our approach to recruitment. Just as cultivars (in botany term) are carefully selected and nurtured to produce the best results, we take the time to understand our clients’ unique requirements and carefully match them with the right candidates through the use of effective tools, driven by our well-trained team of in-house recruiters.

Our consultants have a combined experience of over 20 years in the recruitment industry. That’s how we continue to stay ahead of the curve and committed to providing the most effective and prompt recruitment solutions, as well as HR managed services like Work Permit (WP), Employment Pass (EP) and Payroll Outsourcing service. Through our regular company-led and in-house training as well as individual learnings, our team is well-equipped, motivated, and highly-professional to deliver what we set out to do for our clients.
