What Is Relief Staff Pool (RSP) by ECDA?

Starting 1 October 2024, ECDA has appointed Cultivar Staffing & Search as a service provider for the provision and management of qualified relief teachers for preschool operators, thereby enabling a more flexible work arrangements in preschools.

Cultivar Staffing & Search continues to adopt the best practices of each preschools, enabling our relief teachers to contribute better by way of regular trainings, for the betterment of the industry.

Our Rates to Operators

The table on the right shows our base rates for hiring relief teachers and relief teacher assistants from our network. The fee includes hourly salary, statutory contributions, insurance and payroll cost. Our candidate profiles will state the actual rates so that operators can choose whether to engage.
