Refund Policy

Clients are eligible for a refund of $225 (issuance fee) if collected in advance, if the application has been processed but:

• The EP application is rejected,

• An appeal is unsuccessful, and/or

• The client chooses not to proceed with issuance.

Voucher Terms and Conditions

• All e-vouchers purchased from Cultivar Asia are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated without prior notice.

• This voucher is strictly meant for first time customer who is based in Singapore only.
• You may contact us first before purchasing.

• E-vouchers are valid for offsetting immigration services at Cultivar Asia Singapore, unless otherwise stated.

• One voucher per transaction only.

• Not valid for reimbursement costs such as MOM’s application and issuance fees, which must be reimbursed separately.

• E-vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

• Photocopies are not accepted.

• Vouchers must be fully utilized at the point of service request. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

• Expired vouchers will not be extended.

• Cultivar Asia is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen vouchers.

• Cultivar Asia reserves the right to amend validity dates or reject vouchers to protect company interests or in cases of misuse.
