People Management with Enneagram (WSQ Level 1) equips professionals with practical skills to understand different personality types and improve workplace communication, leadership, negotiation, and team collaboration using the Enneagram framework. 

Participants will gain greater self-awareness while learning strategies to communicate, influence, motivate, and manage others more effectively in professional settings.

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the intrinsic motivations behind different behaviours, decisions, and emotions.
• Adapt communication styles for different personality types.
• Apply effective techniques for communication, negotiation, influence, motivation, and people management.  
• Develop strategies for conflict management and leadership.
• Become a more effective leader and workplace professional.

Programme Highlights

Participants will:

• Complete an Enneagram Personality Profiling Test.  
• Receive a personalised Enneagram profile.  
• Learn the characteristics of all nine Enneagram personality types.  
• Understand worldviews, emotional patterns, strengths, blind spots, and defence mechanisms of each type.  
• Participate in discussions and practical sharing sessions with participants of similar personality types. 

Funding Eligibility

Funding is available for eligible Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and company-sponsored participants, subject to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements. 

To qualify, participants must: 

• Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.  
• Attend at least 75% of the course.  
• Successfully complete the assessment.  
• Not have received funding for the same course previously.
