It has been a pleasure working with Felicia and the team as they have been consistently very prompt and responsive in responding to our requests. Often times centres’ requests for relief support are due to urgent circumstances of last minute manpower difficulty or longer-term covering needs. Despite the short notice, Felicia and the team would swiftly respond and do their best to source and arrange suitable relief teachers to assist the centre where possible. The Cultivar team would share the resumes of the potential relief staff and assist with clarifications for the centres’ clear consideration. It has also been an easy experience coordinating the needful administrative matters, such as provision of supporting documents required and facilitation of payment processes. Felicia and the Cultivar team have been a great help in supporting our centres in our times of need.
